Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your storage purchases. Due to the nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact .
2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used Items: Any storage box, vacuum compression bag, or underwear storage box that has been used, shows signs of wear, or has been opened.

Hygiene Items: Underwear storage boxes that have been used for intimate apparel.

Vacuum Bags: Bags that have been opened, used, or show signs of compression.

Custom or Special Order Items: Products ordered in specific sizes or configurations.

Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
3. Return Process & Fees

To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted .

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all protective materials, parts, and instructions.

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured service.

Restocking Fee: A 10-15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for accepted returns to cover processing and inspection.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return . Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, before the packaging and shipping process has started . Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
5. Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, we recommend returning your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item .
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 15 days of the delivery date . Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate.
7. Non-Delivery Claims
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment .
